It is a well-known fact that the major muscle building happens when the person is sleeping so it is good to eat and eat well before you go to sleep.

Next thing that you should take care of is while exercising. Normally the bicep enthusiasts while doing weightlifting concentrate on the frequency and try to go for more sets instead of heavier weights. While the results have shown that those who go for heavier weights, with a single set containing 4 to 8 reps, have the bigger biceps. Therefore, heavier weights instead of frequency of weight lifting will give you the desired bigger biceps.
